Meet Andrew "Coach" Kidd, MD @ Daring Futures

When I was a young engineer, I was drawn to systems—how things fit together, how flow could be designed. But over the years, I realised the most complex systems of all were human ones.

I’ve spent four decades helping teams deliver in high-stakes environments—from defence to digital, banking to government. Again and again, I’ve seen brilliant people held back not by talent, but by friction: unclear priorities, broken rhythms, disjointed systems.

That’s why I started Daring Futures.

Today, I work with leaders who are bold enough to design momentum into their organisation. I help consultancies scale with reusable tools. I help transformation sponsors embed rhythms that sustain progress. I help teams build trust, focus, and capability in real time.
